Timiny Rail Maintenance has successfully completed thousands of railroad construction projects for customers such as: CSX Transportation, Norfolk Southern Railway, Ford, Toyota, GM, Ann Arbor RR, Hoosier Southern, Indiana Northeastern, Lucas County Port Authority, Detroit Edison, POET, ADM, Chicago Fort Wayne and Eastern RR, Mad River and Nickel Plate Museum, and many others. NORFOLK SOUTHERN RAILWAY BELLEVUE
During 2013 and 2014, Timiny completed all of the track work for Norfolk Southern Railway's Bellevue, OH Railyard expansion. With the completion of the project, Bellevue Yard has become the largest classification yard on Norfolk Southern's system.
CSX'S NORTH WEST OHIO INTERMODAL TERMINAL
During 2010 and 2011, Timiny constructed all of the trackwork and crane rail work for CSX's North West Ohio Intermodal Terminal in North Baltimore, OH. The facility is the first of its kind and is the crown jewel of CSX's National Gateway program for intermodal traffic.
MIDWEST TERMINAL'S IRONVILLE TERMINAL
In 2011, Timiny constructed the first phase of track work for Midwest Terminal's Ironville Terminal in Toledo, OH. This included a rail loop along with multiple turnouts.
CAMP RAVENNA
In 2013, Timiny completed extensive bridge work for the U.S. Army at Camp Ravenna, in Ravenna, OH.
